  1. 1. They would pay for my ticket and for the first few months of rent.

  3. 2. They have no interest in calling me "just a consultant." Or any other derogatory or limiting corporate lingo that is designed to make me feel small. And not because they consider themselves the purveyors of fine "solutions."

  5. 3. They don't ignore angry customers or people. They apologize and try to make things right if some complaint is registered by ANYBODY, not just a customer.

  7. 4. There is no proportion of underpaid under-appreciated older people.

  9. 5. They don't hate "techies" or EVER mention autism.

  11. 6. They must actually read all of the source code in my top 3 repositories on my Github.

  13. 7. They don't intend to call me a "junior" developer, even as a title, and don't intend to pay me under $100,000/yr salaried.

  15. 8. They don't overuse negative words in a positive sense like "disrupt" and "kill."

  17. 9. Their website isn't just a sign up page where you can enter your email.

  19. 10. Being there at 8:05 compared to 8:00 cannot be a big deal
