- [16:46:18] Axel Bouaziz: To give you an idea, at my previous company, when it started working well, a very good developer earned between 2500 and 4000 €
- [16:46:30] Axel Bouaziz: With that kind of amount, you can live like a king in Brazil I think
- [16:46:59] Axel Bouaziz: and after a certain moment of time in the company, we give all employees shares of the company
- [16:47:01] Axel Bouaziz: on top of salary
- [16:48:42] Daniel Gimenes: yeah, living cost in Brazil is a bit expensive (we have to pay one of the most expensive taxes of the world for everything)
- [16:49:19] Daniel Gimenes: but yes, with 4k € I can really live like a king :D
- [16:49:58] Axel Bouaziz: That the kind of pay everyone got when everything goes well
- [16:50:15] Axel Bouaziz: and by going well I do not speak of going extremely well (like making 1M€ at 4/5 people)
- [16:50:48] Axel Bouaziz: apart from this, every year, we give back selled stock to the team (i.e. everyone gets a bonus based on his shares stock)

- [17:08:08] Daniel Gimenes: but at the moment the salary is also a critical point for me
- [17:09:30] Daniel Gimenes: as I said, I like my current company and job, and I'm motivated with my work and future vision, the only point that hurts me is the low salary

- [17:11:54] Daniel Gimenes: but I can't say that the greater financial return is not one of the main reasons
- [17:14:53] Daniel Gimenes: I really see a lot of advantages in working with you guys, but the thing that makes me leave my current job is the low salary

- [17:39:21] Axel Bouaziz: Even if their offer is a bit better in terms of salary, they will have a hard time trying to beat us in terms of long term evolution and salary evolution
- [17:42:16] Axel Bouaziz: And that being said, I'm not even sure their offer will be better just in terms of financial compensation regarding commission we offer
- [17:42:41] Daniel Gimenes: about the company itselt, I trust a lot it's mission/vision, I think in 2/3 years the company can easily reach millions, but I'm not sure how I see myself in the company in 2/3 years, as does not seems like they give much value to employees
- [17:43:37] Axel Bouaziz: So why do you want to stay in a company that does not value your work ? I'm not sure to understand...
- [17:44:35] Daniel Gimenes: I did not say that they do not value, but it seems like that
- [17:44:58] Axel Bouaziz: I refer to your vision as I'm not part of the company lol
