as you still don't provide any answer to the concern regarding the way your advertised your gold membership last year, and the false advertising citing the Arena as a MLG PRO CIRCUIT event through your logo, as a symbolic gesture I am gonnna cancel the renewal my subscription on gold membership

As which appears to be the overall majority of your user, I can't find on your website the link to cancel the renewal, could you proceed to the deletion of my financiary information, as well as the annulation of the automatic renewal ?

I understand your concern, however Gold Membership is good for all Pro Circuit Championship events. The Arenas, which are a brand new offering in 2012, aren’t a championship event and therefore are not part of Gold Membership. With your Gold Membership, you still get the full premium experience (HD, ad-free, access to all streams) at every Pro Circuit Championship throughout the duration of your Membership beginning with the Winter Championship in Columbus March 23-25.

Dan,your "brand new tournament", as advertised by its logo there : http://img193.imageshack.us/img193/7641/wintercircuit.png is called a "MLG PRO CIRCUIT ARENA".
You "clarified" the content of our Gold membership package by straight up excluding this tournament, even if it should fall under the "Access to HQ Pro Circuit Streams" that you advertised as an incentive for subscribing the gold package.
I have watched every single MLG tournament, and greatly enjoyed most of them (technical difficulties aside). Convinced by your advertising, I subscribed to the gold membership to "Access to all your HQ Pro Circuit Stream", not to hear that the next MLG tournament will be PPV ONLY, and 20$ for the week end.
I feel like a naive dumbass to have accepted to support you throughout the purchase of a yearly membership, to find out that now not only you changed the content of my package without noticing me, but also you are trying to make me pay a second time, 20 $ for ONE event, during ONE week end.
Do you seriously think giving us a measly 5$ discount will ease the situation ?

I'm sorry you feel this way; however, the Arenas are a brand new addition to the Pro Circuit’s stable of events and thus not included in the Gold Membership. The Gold Membership description was changed not to fool anybody, but to clarify that the Gold Membership only includes the Pro Circuit Events, which in 2012, are called the Championship events. So the Gold Membership Benefits were not changed from last year. The Arena's are new, and do not fall under the benefits of the Gold Membership.

I am sorry but you didn't seem to have read my email judging by your automated email.
You changed the description of the Gold Member status, as I explained, in order to purposely exclude the Winter Arena.
I am sorry but 5$ off a very steep price for a week end of content isn't enough, especially when as explained in my first email you changed the Gold Package content in order force us into paying extra money for the Winter Arena tournament.

At this time, Arena PPV is not included in Gold Memberships. With Gold Membership, you get the full premium experience (HD, Ad-Free, access to all streams) at every Pro Circuit Championship throughout the duration of your Membership. Additionally, we have now announced that Gold Members will receive $5off the price of a PPV pass for the Winter Arena. We thank you for your ongoing support.

I just realized, as well as a lot of other subscribers of your service, that you change the terms of the gold membership, making it impossible to access to the Winter Arena Tournament.

Right now you changed the description of the gold membership to "Access to MLG Pro Circuit Championship Broadcasts in HD".

As this is not legal, I am asking you to give me access to the Winter Arena, as promised when I bought the Gold Membership.
