Platinum Hits edition.  Small piece missing from case at the bottom of the spine.  Crack at the center of the case spine that extends up and down the spine approximately 4 cm.  Same series of cracks continues along the front of the case, longest one is 7.5 cm and the remainder are 2 cm or less.  Left center of disc recess is broken out in a segment about 3 mm long, though can be popped back into place and isn't terribly noticeable.  Crack along spine crease of the case along the top of the back half, approximately 3.5 cm long.

Disc is in amazing condition despite damages to the case.
