<Kuji> Alright. We'll make it early in the morning, then.
<Kuji> Kuji brushes his teeth as he notices Salino rise up in bed. "Ah, good morning! It's Valentine's Day today!" He has totally not watched the news yet of the incident.
* Salino yawns heavily and looks around very sleepily, clearly not very awake yet. "I know that pal... and we'll make it great..."

<Kuji> "Yes, we will!" Kuji says groggily, before spitting out and rinsing his mouth. "But, first!"

<Salino> "First... first what?" Another hefty yawn comes from Sal as he sluggishly maneuvers to the edge of the bed and puts his feet to the floor.
* Kuji comes out of the bathroom, holding a Pokeball and tossing it up and down. "First, of course, I wanna see what you got me!" He grins and sits down on the bed next to Salino.
* Salino smiles sleepily before finally forcing himself to stand up. "Oh... oh right! It's... well I didn't really get to wrap it or anything..." Salino walks over towards the closet, giving Kuji a nice show seeing as he just got out of bed and isn't wearing much. He swings open the closet door and moves some clothes to each side to reveal shining armor on display. "I thought my knight

<Kuji> "Whoa!" Kuji was surprised at this sudden gesture. "That's much better than my present." He flicks the Pokeball over to Salino, where it pops in mid-air, showing a... wow it's colder all of the sudden. A Heracross, encased in... ice? "I got this back when I doing a job, and I thought you might like it."
<Salino> Seeing as Salino is really only wearing briefs, yes it is really a lot  colder all of a sudden. "Oh w-w-wow!" Sal is visibly shivering but seems a lot more awake and excited! "I've a-always wanted a-an Ice pokemon! I n-never expected s-such a rare type though!"
<Kuji> "Well, I was told by the others that this was a rare thing. They're normally buggy." Kuji grabbed the Pokeball from midair and walked over to Salino, handing over the ball and hugging him. "Happy Valentine's Day, Salino."
* Salino smiles happily and embraces Kuji as his warmth envelops him. He grabs the pokeball as he wraps his arms around him. "Have I ever told you about how I'm the luckiest guy I know?"
* Kuji grins happily and turns back, recalling the icy Pokemon and filling the room with warmth again. "So, Salino, what do you want to do? We have the full day ahead of us! ...actually... here! Get back in bed!" Kuji rushes, turning on the TV and going to the kitchen. "I'll make you some breakfast!"
<Salino> "Aw but... why don't we just watch TV in bed together! We can get ready and grab breakfast from your favorite place later." Salino grabs Kuji's hand as he tries to rush out. "You shouldn't have to cook for me anyways."
* Kuji smiles at Salino, rubbing his head. "Aw, really, just for me, thi-" and then as he glances at the Tv, he stops and stares at the news report.
<Kuji> "Following the incident that happened just before midnight today, a group of hooligans have set  fire and blown up the last supply of chocolates for Ivoryscape City, as well as vandalizing all the candy stores in the area. We now go live to Deena Marcus, who is on the scene this moment."
<Salino> "Yeah! I know how much you like the all-you-can-eat pancakes! ...What's...?" Salino notices Kuji stop short and looks at the TV, wondering what is wrong. He sees a report about a chocolate delivery being hijacked, a huge explosion near the center of Ivoryscape, and the destruction of a ton of candy stores. It is being called the V-Day War. "...Wow who could possibly want to ruin Valentine's
<Salino> Day pal?!"
<Kuji> "...who in the world would do such a thing?" Kuji said out loud, watching the news report, trying to find somewhere to sit.
* Salino crawls into bed as he watches the report in shock. He has a really pathetic frown on his face now. "Just thinking about all the couples that have had their holiday ruined is depressing!"
<Kuji> The TV continues. "Ah, yes! U-um... there was a reported hijacking of the truck delivering, um... chocolates, yeah! For the people who haven't gotten them yet! Yeah, so, uh... we have witnesses of the suspects! Even there seems to be one missing."
<Kuji> "Uh... there seems to be a grey haired dom, a group of Pokemon, including a Ninetails, uh, uh... what were the others?"
<Kuji> "Uh, uh... a frilly girl, and, um, oh yeah, the really muscular fire guy! According to all witnesses, he was the mo- oh, I'm out of t-"
<Salino> "I tell ya pal! If we had been there, there's no way they would have gotten away with it!" Salino punches the bed with as much force as he can muster, that is to say hardly any.
<Kuji> The TV adruptly goes back to the newsroom right when Kuji slammed his hand onto his face. "And that's all for Deena today. Now for Cyrus for the weather."
* Kuji falls silent, slamming his hand on the face. "Of course it's him!"
<Salino> "Huh?" Salino looks at Kuji curiously. "Whatcha mean? Do you think you know one of them? We can go find him then!"
<Kuji> "...yeah. I was like twenty, then... it was just a fling, but he kept on... you know what? PANCAKE PLACE! I WANT SOME!" Kuji yells, pretty much trying to distract Salino, as he turns off the TV and drags him along.
* Salino is pulled out of bed with a crash. "Oww! Hey wait what's wrong!? There's nothing to be ashamed of!"
<Kuji> "It's just... that was my last boyfriend... even since I broke up with him, he's been doing all these weird things... that's why I became an intern in the first place. To stop him."
<Salino> "Well..." Salino picks himself up and walks behind Kuji, curling his around around his waist and resting a chin on Kuji's shoulder. "You got me now right? We can face him together and stop whatever it is he's doing. He can see what a good boyfriend is before we ship him off to jail."
<Salino> *(lmao *curling his arms around thatsounds really awkward missing "arms" ahaha)
<Kuji> "Hahaha! That's right! However... I really am hungry. Can we get some pancakes first?" Kuji drooped down as he said it, and as if on cue, he stomach made a gurgling sound.
<Salino> "Of course! We aren't going to spend our special day worrying about some stupid moron. We're going to relax and have a great day pal." Salino let go of Kuji and walked towards the door of the bedroom, stretching his arms out in front of him. "And if we're going to do that, we really should get a shower first." Salino smiles goofily at Kuji as he slowly walks out.
