   ➤ DIRECT ➣ one thing that stands out, is her lack of filter. not in the case, that she swears like a sailor, but she just lets her thoughts & opinions loose. there's no point in arguing with because she will tell you what's on her mind. it's not that she's stubborn, she just wants to say what she has to say, simple enough. the hinges on here jaw are loose 24/7 and it's something she almost proud of. she's confident in what she has to say, or she just doesn't care enough to stop herself. everyone should have the chance put in their input, right? whether you agree or not miran will surely be giving you her feedback.

   ➤ TROUBLESOME ➣ miran is still a 16-year-old girl, and it shows. she has a strong ambition to annoy those older than her, to get them worked up. it's quite pleasurable to watch in her opinion. she's no prankster, but she has a way with words. she's an instigator at the least, she just loves to agitate them. those older to her are often in vexation from this behavior, while her younger friends must agree with it being, at least a little, funny. she doesn't listen to her elders often unless it's something serious, other than that good luck. she never means any true harm, though, she knows her limits. but, that doesn't stop her from coming close to crossing the line, from time to time.

   ➤ SENSITIVE ➣ this girl is honestly such a baby. she's easily effect by words and actions, so you must be careful to some degree. she won't suddenly burst into tears, always, but she may become pouty or run to her closest, older, friend. she's someone who is dependent upon others, which she secretly hates. she may be 16, but sometimes she seems 5, she's quite the baby and is easily frightened. a cry-baby, a scaredy cat, and a chicken are all names used to describe miran.

   ➤ CLINGY ➣ she's someone who likes to be extremely smothered. it's always been comforting to just be in a close proximity to someone.  this is something that goes hand in hand with her being sensitive. skinship is somethings she's not scared of and loves it. it may just be linking arms to full on back hugs, but if you are friends expect it. she's also like this for the feel of security. she doesn't like to be alone for very long and just wants to be in the company of others. this tends to make her nervous around new people if she doesn't have a friend with her. but, again, if you are friends she's not afraid to get in your personal space.

   ➤ LAUGHABLE  ➣ miran finds herself hilarious. while others, not so much. however, they do find her attempts hilarious. a lot of the time, if she tells a joke and no one laughs, her reaction is what gets them too. whiney and pouty, just her face could break the most stone-cold person. this then leads to her frustration worse, and inevitably become funnier. in the end, she doesn't know if her efforts were worth it or not.

› BACKGROUND |
   ➤ may 19th, the day son miran was born. from that day on miran lived in incheon and grew up in a simple household. it wasn't until she was five that her father left to pursue his own, musical, dreams. her father wasn't someone she could remember but, her brother told her about him late at night when she couldn't sleep. since he was older at the time, eleven, but the situation was much clearer. it wasn't that her father disliked their mother, or even them, but it was just easier to not have a family weighing him down. for the next couple years, miran stuck close to her brother, while her mother was the sole support of the household. despite their six-year age difference, miran and her brother got along well. he always played that big brother role for her. her mother was always busy with different jobs, leaving miran in her brother's care for the majority. when she wasn't with her brother, she had music. even from a young age, she loved music, something her mother always swore came from her father. during the summer days of her six-year-old life, she would sit on the porch, listening to the music coming from the elderly couple's house next door. eventually, by the time of the next summer, she was able to sing along to the records they owned. her brother always found it cute listening to her bad singing. as the years went on, the more musically involved her life became. when miran turned eleven, her brother had gotten her a guitar, knowing her musical involvement. that year was a very solemn one for her. her brother had picked up a part time job, while her mother was also working. of course, as an eleven-year-old she had plenty of neighborhood friends, that she could easily play with. but, she found it more fun to work on her guitar skills or learn to sing a song she knew on the guitar. it wasn't until she was thirteen that her family had balance again, for her mother remarried. her new father figure was a nice man, not some evil, cliche step-father you saw in movies and books. he provided a stable income, which eventually led to the bakery that they still currently own. she never got to build an extremely strong relationship with him, though. as it was that year that she had finally the courage to audition for sm entertainment, of course with the help of her brother. it awfully surprised her when she got in, and even more so when both her mother and step-father supported this.

   ➤ miran, later becoming mira, start training when she was thirteen years old. the average thirteen-year-old would be spending their time doing school work or playing video games, not practicing hours a day and training to be the next big thing. in the beginning, it was hard on her and she just wanted to go home. since training took most her day, she didn't see her family as much as she was used too. eventually, though, she realized that she was really close to her dream and had to do her from then on. she became really determined and worked really hard. of course, when she wasn't practicing and such, she managed to make some friends and spend time with her family. she was really hard on herself, especially in her last year of training. on the inside, she had always been scared she wasn't good enough, which this lead to many tearful nights. but, that's what her newly acquainted friends are for, right?. now, with school, she struggled a bit, but her grades were generally good. they could have been better, but she hadn't a lot of time to study like she should have. that aside her trainee days eventually, became routine, with long nights, but bright mornings.

   ➤  lee seokmin grew up in a rather normal household. he had an older sister, and two loving parents. growing up, he was always someone who loved to preform and just entertain. even as a child he was extremely happy and bright. it was no surprise when he decided to audition for pledis. he was around 17 at the time and auditioned as a vocal. singing was something he always excelled in. once being accepted, he trained for almost 3 years, 2 years and 7 months to be exact, under pledis.

   ➤ since making friends isn't something difficult, it's just like a regular thing for him. therefore, he's able to quickly feel comfortable and be himself. although, on the inside he does feel a little nervous, but it's something he can get over well. he always tells her jokes and enjoys making her laugh and such. his smile never stops, and it makes him smile harder when hers also never stops. he does like to tease her from time to time, but is over all just a sweetheart towards her.

   ➤ miran isn't one to be shy, but occasionally she'll feel this way towards him. however, any other time she's super eager to see him. she's pretty normal around him overtime and values him as friend. though, when with him she tries to be 'cool' not wanting him to know her cry baby ways. sadly, for her, it's not something she can really hide and just stops caring. at some points she even treats him the same as some of the older girls. but, she really enjoys his company and you can be sure once close enough her clingy-ness starts.
