- Metro 2036: Children of the Metro (Name being redone)
- Introduction
- It has already been a couple of years after the bombing on the Gardens, the original home for the “Dark Ones”. Artyom managed to remove most of these beings, but only little survived the explosive impact and moved to a safer place. With that in mind, Artyom has been placed in the ranks of the Ranger’s for his efforts and in capturing D6 with the first group that he met before the explosive bombardment.
- However, this did not stop the other two sides from fighting. The Fourth Reich and Red Line continued to battle between each other in a hefty, bloodshed war. Only to try and capture all of the Metro for themselves and bring prosperity and peace. But with the capture of D6, things have turned ugly for the Rangers as the Redline and Reich tried to push themselves further, mustering more men then they could handle and strike a fearsome blow to D6 for their own capture. D6 was still under Ranger control after defeating the force, but this did not end the two sides.
- Metro 2036: Children of the Metro is more of a continuation, but from the other side of the story. Players will be given a choice, shall they accept it. And follow the path that they have chosen.
- Players are required to pick either the Fourth Reich or the Red Line, and begin to battle it out in the Metro, taking over Stations, Outposts and security areas for their own faction, which could lead them to gain a strong foot hold within.
- Factions
- Only two faction’s that are currently for picking are the Fourth Reich or the Red line, players will choose one of these and begin a life within a new. Both sides goal is to take over the metro for themselves and fight off the opposing side, as well as any creatures and beasts hiding within the shadow. Red and Reich will be placed further apart from each other, and all stations will be neutral, however this does not mean they are empty or safe. Chances are one of these stations could be filled with dangerous beings that have slaughtered the people who lived there before.
- Colouring: Redline will be coated in RED, to indicate who they are. Reich will be a DARK GREY to indicate their faction.
- Objective: Both sides are required to fight for their life and existence, taking over outposts and stations. Or any security area to allow them to have a stronger foothold within the metro. They will not be able to fight the other faction’s HQ until they have stolen all Stations from the other side. This fight is about Territory war and consumable effort.
- Development and Positions
- Citizen: Players will start off as lowly citizens from the faction, and work their way to that goal that they want to achieve, they are able to use a Handgun to keep them protected, but leaving the station mean’s they are required to ask permission, and have to have a valid reason for it too. They are also able to do work, accept jobs and help in producing weapons and gear.
- Stalkers: Another term for “Collectors” or “Scavenger’s”. Seekers are one of the main profitable jobs that the citizen can work up on. This is not a permanent position, and only so many Seekers can be chosen.
- Guard: Guard’s protect the station, they are able to provide support with the soldier’s and help fight the opposing force. Only certain amount of guards can be chosen, but their main job is like the police. Cover the Station, keep trouble out and good things in. Even if it has to be in harsh ways.
- Job Entitlement
- Citizen: Farming, Repairs, Manufacturing, Cleaning, Food preparations.
- Deploy with Seekers for a helping hand, turn in convicts.
- Military
- Scouts: Quick and Agile, these men are able to run for longer and be light on their feet but this also means that they are only capable of using smaller fire arms as anything larger can reduce their agility, but come equipped with basic light gear.
- Troopers/Conscripts: These are the main fist of the faction’s war efforts, they normally go in squads or smaller patrol squads ranging from 2-5. They follow leaders and officers and are able to equip any type of weapon, apart from Heavy Mgs. Soldiers do not have a number on how many can join.
- Heavies/Tanker: These soldiers, heavily equipped in armour, and outshine anything lighter. These large walking tanks are able to withstand quite the damage, and able to use any heavy designed weaponry like MGs or hefty hitting shotguns.
- Officers: Officer’s is the secondary leadership in the metro, both sides provide one to help with the moral boost and send out troops when need be. However as they are in second command (depending on their rank), they are still indeed following orders from above. Furher or the General/General Secretary. These Officers normally are equipped with the Leadership uniform and use basic weaponry like Kalashs, Specific handguns and more.
- Furher/General Secretary: Furher and the General Secretary, two names that strike fear to most, or boost the moral. Furher (Reich) Is the main head of the faction, while the General Secretary (Red Line) Follows a different approach to the other faction. Both are well respected and give out orders, they are capable of ordering even the most talented and dangerous individual.

- Conclusion
- Controlling outpost and stations may sound easy, but there is a requirement for each. Outpost, Security stations and Stations require a certain amount of troops to capture, but can be pushed up when one of the factions has more than needed.
- Base/Outpost/Station Amount of troops
- Small Outpost 3
- Medium Outpost 4
- Large Outpost 5
- Small Station 5
- Medium Station 6
- Large Station 8
- These numbers are allowed to be increased, you do not require 3 men to take over a small outpost. You may take more than 3 with you to take the position.
- If a station has been captured already by a different faction, bring the amount of men you need to take over the station, if there is hardly any Redline soldiers on for instance, Reich: 4 and Redline: 3. You may attack with 4 Men only and not higher, as attackers are allowed to have one additional spot for another man. More will be explained later.
- You will need to remove the faction from that station, this means either pushing them out till the timer is out, or capturing the “Important” Object to take a full hold, but this means you are required to hold that “Object” for 2 Minutes. However, there are areas were players can go ahead and shoot freely, so long both parties agree for S2K or S2M. No items will be lost, but this will improve experience for the battles ahead.
