Elise: Hey hey, Sakura! This is such a lovely festival, don't you think so?
Sakura: Yes. I'm getting a little excited. Going outside when it's so dark is quite the new experience for me.
Elise: Eh? Isn't it normal being outside when it's dark?
Sakura: I-is it? So Elise-san is an adult...I'm always told by my mother and my older brother to return to my room once it gets dark...
Elise: Oh, I see. In Nohr the sun doesn't shine so it's always dark but in Hoshido it's different. That's why I didn't understand why you felt you had to go home when it got dark.
Sakura: Ah, so that is how it is...Forgive me.

Sakura: Let's see...we do get a lot of sun but it shines differently depending on the season. During summer itis ridiculously bright and hot but in winter it is more modest. And in spring under its soft light a lot of flowers are in full bloom. That particular season is my absolute favourite.
Elise: Aaah, how nice~! In Nohr it's the moon that shines so flowers too bloom under the moonlight.
Sakura: A-amazing! Blooming under the moonlight sounds so lovely...somehow it feels romantic!
Elise: Ehehe, you think so? I think it's the flowers blooming under the sun that are amazing though. I know! Once the war is over let's exchange flowers. I wanna sell those flowers from Hoshido~ I'm sure everyone in the castle town will be very happy.
Sakura: Eh? Don't tell me Elise-san...is a flower-seller?
Elise: Aaah! But this is a secret too! You must keep this a secret even more than my imitation before! If I'm exposed they'll be really mad at me and I won't be able to go to the town. I beg you Sakura!
Sakura: Don't worry, I will not tell anyone. Besides I want to go to the town as well...secretly, without my mother or older brother knowing.
Elise: Really? That's kinda unexpected...!
Sakura: But it's so bustling and lively, it looks like a lot of fun. Besides I can't really see how the people are doing from the castle. I am royalty and yet I do not know my people...it is kind of lonely isn't it?
Elise: I get you. I really do! I want to talk more with you. Is it ok to come again?
Sakura: Yes, of course!

Elise: Ehehe, I said I'd come again. It' really fun being with Sakura. But it's not really good doing this in the middle of battle right? So I have a suggestion to make.
Sakura: What is it?
Elise: Um, let's have a sleepover! That way we;ll be able to talk lots more.
Sakura: A-a sleepover?
Elise: Yeah! We'll go either to your room or mine, play and then sleep together.
Sakura: What a great idea. It sounds like a lot of fun. But...will it really be all right to stay up so late playing...
Elise: Don't worry. I'm sure no one will say anything if we ask for permission before. We both use a staff so...if we say we're going to study together it'll be ok.
Sakura: So we'll call it a study meeting but...in truth it will be a sleepover won't it?
Elise: Isn't that fine? We're at that age after all. So sometimes you tell a lie or two to spend some time with a friend. Besides it's not all a lie. I want to ask you about that tamagushi and about Hoshido...I want to ask lots and lots of things. I think learning about each other and about our countries will be good in the end for the army too. So, aren't we gonna do it?
Sakura: ...All right. Let's have a sleepover. To be honest I've been longing for something like this. Staying up late with a friend, talking about all the things we like and then confiding our worries to each other.
Elise: Well said Sakura! That really sounds fun! So let's do everything we want to do then. I want us to pick clothes for each other and do our hair!
Sakura: That would be great. Elise-san has long hair so there are various hairdos to try. Oh, I know. I will prepare the finest comb. It will make your hair shine.
Elise: Amazing! You have something like that?
Sakura: Well, even without a comb Elise-san's hair is plenty wonderful. This golden color is rare in Hoshido...it is very charming.
Elise: Thank you! But Sakura is lovely too! I adore your hair. My favourite color is pink so I think if my hair were pink, it'd be the best!
Sakura: Hehe, thank you very much. I would also like to try and grow my hair like Elise-san one day.
Elise: Wow, it will definitely suit you! When that happens you'll let me comb it for you right?
Sakura: Y-yes! Well, then we must have a sleepover again.
Elise: As many times you want! Even when the war ends, even when we become adults...if it's for Sakura I'll come running anywhere any time!
Sakura: Then...does this mean from now you will be my friend forever?
Elise: Yeah obviously. Sakura and I are best friends forever.
