To have complete and utter control over the power of the clouds would be to control the flow of a peoples, without them ever realising.
At the same time, leaving them unchecked could result in dire consequences. Rampant weather would harm a world greatly. That is why he is here. He is Skri'ik, the Guardian of Clouds, and it is his job to keep this unknown power in check, and it is his task wield it, whether for good or evil.
Skri'ik does not remember anything. Did he ever have a past? If he did, how was his past life like? If he didn't, how did he come with all this knowledge? He can tell he has long, white hair, as it drapes over either side of his head. He appears to be wearing a blue shirt covered by a large white jacket.
