  29. I. Should a man commit a crime against his fellow Alteraci and is unable to pay any fines or seeks to avoid imprisonment they may seek to become a Sklave or Sklavin to the man they wronged.

  31. V. Ogres, Orcs and other races not of the Alliance nor Elf may be kept as Sklaves but do not follow the same laws concerning abuse.

  35. II. If a man kill an outlaw before they are escorted out of the border, he shall pay one third of the outlaw's worth, but the family may not persecute him legally through public nor private justice.
