Book VI: Concerning Zauberei (Witchcraft)
 II. Anyone found guilty of practicing Witchcraft is to have all devices used for the practice are to be burned.

 III. The Court of Alterac defines witchcraft as the practice of Dark Magic or other evil endeavors involving magic or alchemy.

IV. Anyone found guilty of practicing witchcraft is either to be fined, placed in the stocks or imprisoned and should his acts be truly vile, put to the fire.

Book X: Concerning Eids (Oaths)

I. Should a man break any oath of truth, they are to be fined 50 ounces and face imprisonment for a day.

 II. Should a man break an oath of loyalty and either desert or betray those he swore to, the punishment can vary from a fine of 250 ounces or sklavedery. If a man in service is simply to afraid to serve, they are to be branded a coward and put the stocks for a day.

III. If a man breaks an oath of secrecy, they are to punished with a fine of 500 ounces or imprisonment and in most dire of cases, death.

IV. If any person in a government position violates their oath of office, which can vary upon the position, they can be punished in a variety of methods varying from a fine of 1000 ounces, imprisonment, sklavedery and even death.


Book XIV: Concerning Geschlechtsverkehr (Sexual Intercourse)

 I. If sexual intercourse be outside of a lawful wedding, and is unfoiled, both sides involved must pay half the werigeld equivelant to a child.

Book XV: Concerning Sklaves und Sklavin (Slaves/Indentured Servants)

 I. Should a man commit a crime against his fellow Alteraci and is unable to pay any fines or seeks to avoid imprisonment they may seek to become a Sklave or Sklavin to the man they wronged.

V. Ogres, Orcs and other races not of the Alliance nor Elf may be kept as Sklaves but do not follow the same laws concerning abuse.

Book XVI: Concerning Verbieten (Outlawry)

II. If a man kill an outlaw before they are escorted out of the border, he shall pay one third of the outlaw's worth, but the family may not persecute him legally through public nor private justice.
