- 2 1/2 dl wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 6 dl milk
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp butter
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Whisk in half of the milk and whisk until smooth. Whisk in the remaining milk and eggs.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan and whisk into the mixture. Add enough batter to fry thin pancakes in the frying pan.
- Serve with jam, berries or fruit.
