If Isha wanted him to go, she would say something along the lines of "What is the matter Beloved? Is the King of the World so feeble He must send others to do His dirty work?". If she wanted him to stay, she would say something along the lines of "By all means go. Let the pegasi know you take them so seriously that you would march out of the comforts of Anunoth's city purely to do a job more suited for Merodach [Nero's lion] than the Prince of the Earth." And so on. These prods are also the general medium for her 'casting' of A Word in Your Ear, but of course the entire ability has no effect at all on Nero, nor would she want it too.
