PO's Log:

9:20 AM - I told Kip that something having to do with messages is broken.  I had him watch me use the app for 10 minutes.  I would have gone longer, but it was time for all-hands.

10:00 AM - Daily standup: I asked Kip if he knows what's happening with messages, but he said he hasn't had a chance to look yet.  I'll be sure to go talk to him immediately once he gets back to his desk.

10:10 AM - I told Kip there is something wrong with messages again, just for good measure.

10:30 AM - No word from Kip.  I'm going to go hold my iPad in front of his head.  I think that will help speed things up.

10:40 AM - I told Kevin that there is something wrong with messages, too.  I don't know what is taking Kip so long.

11:30 AM - I went back to Kevin and Kip to see if they fixed it yet.  They started to explain what is happening, so I zoned out.

12:00 PM - Lunch

12:30 PM - I walked up to Kip, but then he put his headphones on.
