I think it goes without saying that Operation Charlie Fox was a massive success. We saw some incredible gameplay from insanely talented players. The question now is: what next? Star Crossed Cup 4 of course!

Signups


Sign up in this thread! Please include the following information in your signup post:
- Steam Name you'll be using during the tournament
- Steam ID

Check-ins
Everyone who signs up must check-in prior to the tournament start. Check-in by joining this steam group and joining the group chat 1 hour before the tournament begins. Check-ins will last for 45 minutes, then be closed. The brackets will be generated at that point.

Tournament Details


- Single Elimination
- 1v1
- 64 Slots (Higher seeds get priority in the event of too many check-ins)
- Best of 3, Semifinals & Finals will be Best of 5

Faction Selection


Player A is the top seed and player B is the bottom seed. A plays as axis in game 1 and allies in game 2.

Game 1: B declares SOV/USF/UKF, then A declares OST/OKW.
Game 2: B declares OST/OKW, then A declares SOV/USF/UKF.
Game 3: VP Winner declares OST/SOV/OKW/USF/UKF, then VP Loser declares his faction.

Starting Positions


On 2p maps, Allies are always in position 1. On 4p maps, Allies may choose between 1 and 2, Axis may choose between 3 and 4.

Vetos


Both players take turns vetoing maps until 3 remain. Player B vetos first. Player A picks the map for G1 & G2 from the remaining 3 maps. Player B picks the map for G3 & G4. The last remaining map is the map for G5, if necessary.

Submissions


All replays from the tournament must be uploaded to COH2.ORG. A message should be left by the winner in the steam group chat room for the referees to advance you in the brackets.

Coverage


I will try to cast as many series as I can (live or otherwise) but obviously will only be able to cast so many! I encourage other casters to pick up tourney games if they want. I'll be streaming all casts live on Twitch and uploading videos afterward on YouTube.
