Tihl of the Nimhroot Clan

Appearance:
This ratfolk is quite thin and gangly. Her left and right eyes are blue and red respectively, and the raven black hair that drapes over her right eye contrasts against the off-white fur that covers her body. Her ears are abnormally large compared to other ratfolk and the left one has tears along the edges. Her worm-like tail twitches on occasion as if she is always on edge. Her facial features are rather soft, though the look in her eyes is usually one of anxiety or perhaps unadulterated madness. It’s quite hard to tell. She wears a black leather vest with various belts and baubles that carry her potion vials and grenade components. Upon her shoulders rests a modest grey cape that has tears and burns along the bottom hem. Her pants are old and worn with various stains, and it looks as if she had to cut the tail hole out herself. She wears no shoes, only bandage wrappings that she replaces only occasionally. Her eyes are covered by dirty, glass lensed goggles with a crack in the left lens.

History:
Born and raised in The Shackles to a clan of alchemists. She learned her trade from her family in the warrens of some filthy pirate town. Shortly after leaving the safety of her warren she had a brief stint upon a pirate ship. After a year of her service on the ship the crew disbanded due to the captain and several officers dying in a battle. She now wanders The Shackles collecting and peddling various trinkets and treasures she finds as well as alchemical goods like sunrods and tinder twigs.

Personality:
Either due to being betrayed by someone in her warren or her brain being addled by the potions she creates Tihl’s personality is much like the grenades she lobs. Explosive. Though she tends towards the extremes of timid anxiety and giggling madness. It is best to avoid insult when she is in this latter mood as she will get rather aggressive during it. When calm she talks quietly yet in a very articulate manner, but she starts to go towards rambling when excited. She will normally avoid people and conflict when calm, but she can be unpredictable around people in her other state.
