We are looking for remarkable DPS, one tank and two healers (nature preferred) for our second progression raid team.
We are seeking individuals with not only skills, but the right attitude – competitive, selfless, and determined to progress. This means each player should come to the fight prepared with a thorough understanding of 1) the encounter and 2) their class and role, obtained through watching videos, reading guides, and asking raid leaders and officers questions.
Players must be helpful to their fellow raiders, understanding of our loot council system, and patient with our persistence during progression: expect to wipe over and over until we obtain a clean kill!
Players should not be afraid to speak up with any suggestions they may have for the team to succeed; more importantly, players should not be offended or upset when suggestions and constructive criticism are made TO them, or when they are asked to sit in order for the team to progress on an encounter.
More than anything, we are looking for players who play competently but HAVE FUN doing so—while we take raiding seriously, we are not an uptight guild by any means and we are not looking for people who are humorless, rude, arrogant, or elitist
