There is three spots for each tier, if a new comer wants to take a spot in a tier which is full, they will have to win a best of three against the 3rd of that tier, if they lost they can rechallenge that user after 3 days. If a user which has for example the second spot in OU wants the first place they will have to win a best of three against the first, if that user loses he can rechallenge after a week. A person that holds the third spot can't challenge someone with the 1rst spot to take their place, they have to win against the one with the second spot first.
Once the "league" has at least a spot taken for each tier it will start taking challengers, if the challenger beats 1 member of each tier they will be awarded 20 bucks.
Since this "league" isn't the same type of league as the others it allows multileaguing, since it's not really multileaguing.

The first place gets roomleader to start with and eventually roomowner if the person goes undefeated as the first place
The second place gets roommod
The third gets roomdriver
