  The Judge Advocate produces to his Excellencies, members of the Tribunal, Orders for the Court to sit, which read, are as follow:


 Capital, Christiansted, August 24th, 1716.

 A GENERAL Court Martial, whereof the members of the Tribunal are appointed President, will sit at the Dining Room of Kontreadmiral Kloothommel's quarters, for the trial of Komandør fox2run. All Captains are invited to witness and attend as members.

 The President, Members and Judge Advocate being sworn, the Judge Advocate prosecuting in the name of the Danmark-Norge Nation, the Court shall proceed to the trial of Komandør fox2run, and the following charges are exhibited against him.
