Edit: What I think the power should be

Parahuman can trigger a force blast that covers an area centered on them (~15' radius) and shoves objects and people back (can deflect projectiles). Force is not strong enough to launch cars into the air, but will move them. People will be thrown off of their feet and into walls. Parahuman can concentrate to keep the force active, continuously repelling objects with a lower force. Parahuman can selectively choose to instead apply stasis onto an affected person, slowing their movements and lowering the intensity of the next wound they take (effect lasts ~2 minutes if no wounds are taken).
