  1. A lady by the name of Fern McCullough was born in 1909, she moved in a house with three siblings, Grace, Herbert, and Irving. They rented a house from their landowner. Karen for about two grand. Fern relocated to this property around 1970 to spend her retirement operating a hobby farm, where she raised horses, ducks and geese. In her later years, she had this second home constructed on the property, so as not to be snowed in during winter months. She gave the original house, which is deeper on the property, to a young couple who would assist in maintaining the deteriorating property. Fern married a man by the name of Simon Ernest in 1934 in Canada. Fern's house consists of a 200 square ft. living room, two bathrooms, a highly raised roof, a greenhouse, a basement, and a master bedroom. In 2003 she bought 5 cats, one of them named "Cody" other four are unknown. Fern is a feline lover as she has various objects with her cat's name on it, she even has a car with the nameplate of CATS 14. In 2005, Fern passed away at age 96 before her husband did without anyone able to take care of the cats. The cat outlived Fran, now stuck alone in the house without any food. It later dies of lackage of food in it's digestive system as it's fur and flesh melts on the floor for years with it's skeleton remaining.

  3. The car rusts, gang signs and sayings are everywhere, and scavengers roam the house for valuable things to sell. Two TVs are still in the house, none of them seem to work however. A bundle of 80's VCR tapes are around, now scavenged in 2013. Fern's quad cane stood alone beside the couch, as if she sat down there one day and never got up again, most likely she was using the cane for decoration.

  5. The only pieces of the pre-death of fern time of the house is the family pictures. It is unexplained why the landowner did not take back the house and put it up for sale. The Fern house will be long abandoned and will never be available for sale. If you walk to the living room table, you will see a thank you note from Fran thanking her husband for the money and is promising him that it will be used for their new home which is this. When walking to the kitchen, look next to the fridge. You will see a note telling their dad to feed the cats, the cat explained in the 2nd paragraph could be seen in the living room as a rotten skeleton.
