Benchmarks for ORKOing the C9 Lancers is 23 Atk/16 AS, 18 AS for the ones in guard stance.

+Str Prince Kamui averages ~12 Str after Lv 10 reclass to Ninja. Assuming D rank and level 12 by C9, Kamui has 13 Str. 13 Str + 2 tonic + 4 Iron Dagger + 2 Pair up + 1 support = 22 which is one off. Same Kamui is also one off on spd to double the ones in guard stance. That’s not too bad.

The Atk is not a problem for Jakob. Base Paladin Jakob w defender and tonic has 11 Spd, 13 w/ Arthur, 13 Spd needed on Jakob's part for the guard stance lancers. On average that's around level 12-13, which is about the same point Kamui needs to be as a ninja, and Kamui's got a +20% exp skill on Jakob. Color me skeptical.
