After thorough study of GoFun Places’ development in the past and present, management has carefully reviewed the business and decided to make several strategic changes taking into account of our mission and goals for the future. The adjustment aims at creating the intrinsic connection of our retail businesses e.g. our online shopping mall to the power of referral affiliate marketing, so as to drive marginal and long-lasting retail profit, which will eventually benefit all affiliates and customers.

The adjustment includes: simplification and optimization of our Compensation Plan; brand-new design of online shopping mall; improvement in mall products procurement and logistics and introduction of affiliate sales management function in the back-office. The core strategies behind all these are simple: 1. To provide better products at more favorable prices; 2. To help affiliates promote our business more easily; 3. To assure affiliates properly and legitimately awarded from company’s sales profit in a truly fair manner.

  10. We will soon roll out the new mall. Meanwhile, our latest Comp Plan, which will be effective on June 1, will be announced on winteam777.com and gofunrewards.com. We hereby summarize the following changes in the Comp Plan for your easy reference.

  12. *Premier Packages*
  13. The amount of Lifestyle Mall Voucher (ex-known as lifestyle dollars), Lifestyle Club Cards and Reward Credits that come along with packages purchases are amended. Meanwhile, we have introduced Mall Credit to the packages over $1,500. Mall Credit can be used as 100% of cash in our online shopping mall.

  15. Lifestyle Mall Voucher
  16. Lifestyle mall voucher will replace Lifestyle Dollars. Its value and function as discount remain the same, but with more features added: can be given away to any affiliates and/or customers (vouchers given away cannot be transferred to the third party). Can give away more vouchers to the same affiliate and/or customer. Vouchers ’expiry date is extended to the 100th day since given away.

  18. Mall Credit
  19. Mall Credit can be used for purchases in online shopping mall as 100% of cash. Expiry date is the 100th day since acquired.

  21. Reward Credit
  22. Reward Credit starts immediately from purchase of packages. Affiliates are no long required to give away mall vouchers and club cards to activate Reward Credit. Expiration date is the 150th day since became effective.

  24. *Daily Reward and PGSV (Personal Group Sales Volume)*
  25. Daily Reward will no longer be given as Lifestyle Dollars. Affiliate can choose up to 60% of Daily Reward received as eCash and the rest will become Reward Credit to extend the period of being paid from profit sharing.

  27. In addition, Daily Reward will be closely connected to affiliates’ sales performance. PGSV will become one of the most important benchmarks for personal Daily Reward calculation. PGSV includes: purchases made by affiliate themselves and their personally sponsored affiliates and/or customers of GFR products/services (premier packages, monthly subscription, Lifestyle Mall Vouchers and Club Cards), as well as purchases made in our retail business, e.g. online shopping mall (Sales Volume includes the amount of cash used and Mall Vouchers used)

  29. *Monthly Subscription Packages*
  30. With paying for monthly subscription affiliates will receive double Lifestyle Mall Vouchers and matching reward credit to the subscription.

  32. *Rank Advancement*
  33. Group Sales Volume (GSV) is added to the requirements for the advancement to NMD, SVP and Presidential. Also monthly fees for these 3 positions are slightly increased.

  35. We are full of confidence in the new changes. We understand the success of our new Comp Plan cannot be achieved unless with the availability of an excellent shopping platform, brilliant product procurement and successful logistic management. Most recently, our staff and management of the company have worked jointly in great effort to make the above mentioned achieved. With a complete and thorough set up in technologies, products, workflows, management and customer service for the whole new phase, we have been more than well prepared for it and it is our time to break the barriers and grow.
