Day 1 of Mentoring scheme:
Speak to mentee about features of the warning system on the server;
Speak to mentee about features of the bLogs system on the server;
Speak to mentee about suggested ban lengths on the server
Day 2 of Mentoring scheme:
Quiz mentee on the server rules (mentee must achieve 15/20 marks total in order to pass)
	if mentee fails to pass, quiz will be redone on day 3. If he fails again, mentee is dropped.
Quiz mentee on ban lengths (include questions and scenarios)
Day 3 of Mentoring scheme:
Mentee will be retested if initial test was failed (15/20 minimum needed to pass)
Mentee will be spectated during 3 situations with users, small situations not counted
Mentee will be spoken to about good and bad points on their situation handling skills
Day 4 of Mentoring scheme:
Mentee will be spectated once more during 3 more situations, again, small sits won’t count
Mentee will be spoken to about good and bad points on their situation handling skills
