You should get those feats in that order, except you can get Expertise before Two-Weapon Style if that's what you prefer, and you might not qualify for Two-Weapon Tempest yet when it's time to get it, so you can just get the next feat in the progression until you do qualify to get it. You could also opt for getting Ambidexterity earlier.

Choose the Spiked Chain when it asks what exotic weapon you wanna become proficient with, then choose the Spiked Chain again when you're choosing your weapon focus.

The Spiked Chain is quite a powerful, versatile weapon. It's pretty accurate, and has the second-highest parry modifier in the game. On a critical hit, or on 1 in 3 normal attacks, this weapon will entangle a foe of its size catagory or smaller who fails a Reflex save. This weapon grants a +4 bonus to trip attemps. It's also a ranged weapon, so you can attack enemies with it two spaces away from you, rather than just the normal one space away (though you can use it at melee range, too.)

The Spiked Chain can be used while grappling or when you're grabbed, too.

If you have access to something that can alter your size, like the spell Enlarge or an item that can reliably make you larger, you can forego the Monkey Grip feat.

This build also works if you want to dual-wield any other large exotic weapons.
