  1. Creation of a city and the setting:

  3. Let the players create their characters, then go over the city, letting everyone deside how its set up and where their character fits in, creating the background around their characters. Everything that is mentioned is strong presenses, there is always a little of everything in every city but some cities have more than others about certain things.

  15. Rasism, how likely is this? (rasist organization or pro-meta activists?)

  17. Religion, any strong presense?
  18. Ghosts, ghouls and spirits, any strong attraction for undeads?
  19. Corporations, what pies do they have their fingers in?
