Your plot is looking nice, but there are few things that need to be fixed up.

1.) Structure- Structure is houses, building, wells, etc. At this point there is a lot of spruce wood used on all your structures. In some of the structure, it is the only wood used. It shows a lack of detail, and just doesn't look good. Use more of a variety of blocks (but make sure they look good together) I would suggest wood logs, and maybe even some oak wood. Your structures also lack some depth. Depth is multiple layers made with things like slabs, stairs, fences, cobble walls, trapdoors, etc.

2.) Organics- Organics are things like trees, plants, etc. Right now you have organics, but the trees you have made aren't very proportional. There are very little leaves for the amount of trunk, so they look very awkward. Make sure you create trees that have the right proportions between the leaves and trunk.

3.) Terrain- Terrain is cliffs, hills, mountains, caves, ditches, etc. You have terrain, but it doesn't look realistic. The cliffs you have are very flat, and realistically they would be more rocky, have some indents in them, some flaws. They look very flat and plain, which in the end doesn't make them look very good. Think about how cliffs look, and base yours off of that. Look at some other plots around spawn, and get inspired.
