Mike Pence: and if you dont think osris and flash are good for the posistion than why? Because if it is minging, imaturity, etc. than why are they that rank. Also server administration has almost the same power as staff manager, but cant accept applications so why not give it to osris if he is already that rank. Another thing I want to bring up is how unfair the promotion is. I was accepted into staff on 7/5/16 I went from Trial Mod to Mod to Admin to Super Admin to  Server administration in those 5 months. Wingless was in staff for a little under a week I think and he is already the same rank as me. Your reason for it being "he cares about the server" may honeslty be the worst justification for a promotion I have ever heard. Do you know how many people care about the server they play on, but still go up the ranks or aren't event staff. You don't see those kinds of people getting Server Administration, Trial Staff Manageer, or any other high ranks do you?
