Version 48.4 changes

-Added the latest Grimoire, Cinderella, now boss of the Grimoires in Arcade
-Added Risty's english revamp (thanks to Luis)
-Fixed Brimstone Grab Opponent now being properly +8, and his Grab Beard
 now properly disarms just 1 of the opponent's weapons
-Fixed Seiten's Body Wound critical now letting you Retrieve Weapon
-Fixed an issue where Claudette's trials bugged out at the start, due to
 her special parry (thanks to The Pumpking Guy)
-Set Arcade mode's "next character" screen 1/3 faster
-Tomoe, Leina, Menace and Mirim (plus Cinderella) have a "helmet"
 from now on (Tomoe can break it)
-Fixed typo in Snow White's 3 sizes
