**Kat, the Curious Matimancer**

**Physical appearance:**

>Kat is a young girl with dark skin and very long curly black hair that goes down her back and over her shoulders. She wears an fancy but weathered coat a few sizes too big for her, but the sleeves were purposely torn so they only cover Kat's upper arms. She wears an eyepatch with a toothy maw over her missing right eye, and a white ball of some sort rests in the socket that used to house her left eye.

**Passive: Wandering Eye**
>
>A spectral eye floats at a 800 unit distance from Kat, orbiting around her. One orbit takes 10 seconds to complete. Using an ability reverses the direction of the orbit. The position of the eye relative to Kat only changes as it orbits, not when Kat moves, blinks or teleports.

>The spectral eye floating around Kat grants vision. Enemies that have vision of Kat can see the eye.

**Q: Flash of Inspiration**
>
>Kat ponders for one second, during which the spectral eye pauses its orbitting. She then comes to a realization, dealing magic damage in a line in a direction chosen prior and a line between her and the spectral eye. Pondering does not impede movement or casting spells.

**W: Blink of an Eye**
>
>Active: Kat instantly blinks a short distance towards a target location.
>
>Passive: Every 5 seconds, the Spectral Eye fires a magical bolt towards the enemy champion nearest to it, dealing damage to the first enemy it hits.

**E: Dreadful Lessons**
>
>Kat creates an orb of profane knowledge and sends it out in a line. All enemies it hits are slowed and take magic damage over the duration. The slow and damage's duration counts down at one fourth of the usual rate for enemies nearby the spectral eye.

**R/ultimate: Feast your Eyes**
>
>Kat summons a giant eye-mouth to float over a target enemy champion for 5 seconds. During this time, the enemy can see if they are visible to Kat and her teammates. If they are visible to Kat and her teammates when the duration ends, they are stunned and dealt magic damage.
