Your plot isn't quite ready for a rankup. Here is what you need to do to fix it up.

I suggest making the pond a lot smaller, as it makes it so you can't fit all the things needed on a Novice plot.

Terrain - Your plot has terrain, but nowhere near enough for a novice plot. Novice plots need a lot more terrain, and it needs to be a lot more advanced. Your terrain needs to be more advanced, and you need a LOT more of it.
Organics - You have organics on the plot, but not enough. You need to put some more organics around the plot.
Structure - You have almost no structure. You need to make some more room for structure. On a Novice plot you need some smaller structures then one more big and detailed one.
