SMG2 242 route (V3)
-Changed position of Honeybloom 1
-Included map warp/travel details for world changes
(V2 changes)
-Added alternate W5 cleanup route
-Changed beat block position.
This route probably still isn't the most efficient. It only uses Mario, but using Luigi is fine if you want to, just avoid swimming with him where possible. I may route out 242 from scratch at some point, but don't expect it soon XD.

Timing:
Timing starts when you click to start the file on the selected file screen.
Timing end for Any% is when you touch the final grand star after Bowser 3
Timing end for 120 is when you touch the final grand star after Bowser 3 for the SECOND time.
Timing end for 242 is when you touch star 242 after the perfect run.

Some notes:
Use banktoad with 9999 starbits, or at least around 5000.
Take out up to 8500 starbits before honeybloom if using banktoad, this will be enough to finish assuming you've done a run before
If not, you will need to get 9999 to unlock the perfect run after completing Grandmaster 1.
* = When you get the comet coin. You can always get it in mission 1, but sometimes getting it in the secret is faster/more efficient. (e.g. Boo Moon)
