Everything seemed to slow down as the gem was thrust back into it's rightful position, and the abrupt method of it's placement caused a spout of power to surge around the boy's figure.

From Sathoth's form came a raging tempest of mana siphoning properties, the grass around him withered into white ashes that blew away in an instant, a bird unlucky enough to be within range fell to it's death, and accidentally, simply because he hadn't had to control it for so long, some of Nahele's mana was unintentionally tasted, along with anyone else who happened to touch his body during this incident.

Dark leylines flickered for a moment before all the suddenly absorbed mana was discharged in a shockwave not quite strong enough to really cause any damage to anyone around, save non-magi stupid enough to even stand near the White Tower.

It was a new chapter in the boy's life- and the flood of emotions, of imagery from his Godess, the indescribable multitude of flavors of mana that overloaded his mind- it was pure ecstasy.

The boy gave no words, he could hardly even manage the nod he gave the Queen.
