  1. 1. No Major wars until 1939 unless focus tree or cores. Minors/Majors can justify war at 40% world tension.
  2. 2. No faction joining until 1939 or Danzig (Apart from focuses)
  3. 3. Allies can not stop Rhineland or taking of Sudetenland.
  4. 4. Max Level 5 Forts, not including focus.
  5. 5. No coups.
  6. 6. Volunteers can only be sent to the Spanish civil war.
  7. 7. No Space marines (only 1 line arty/AT gun per 10 combat width and no adding tanks to infantry/special forces divisions)
  8. 8. No unwanted boosting before 1939. (This includes AI)
  9. 9. No delaying the start of the Spanish civil war.
  10. 10. To take land in a peace conference your faction needs to have set foot in the territory.
  11. 11. No ping-ponging warscore to prevent others from taking land.
  12. 12. No revoking guarantees to increase world tension.
  13. 13. No destroying factories to prevent enemies taking them.
  14. 14. No releasing nations.
  15. 15. No disbanding trapped units.
  16. 16. Ideological and historical factions when possible. (Neutral nations from WW2 may decide who they want to join)
  17. Axis: Germany Italy Japan Hungary Romania Spain
  18. Allies: UK France USA Commonwealth
  19. Comintern: USSR
  20. 17. No switching paratrooper templates after they land.
  21. 18. No prolonging wars for experience or to keep world tension down. (Ethiopian and Spanish civil war are exceptions to this)
  22. 19. China must always oppose Japan. (If they are defeated they must leave the game. To ensure they do not intentionally throw the war to be puppeted)
  23. 20. China must stay non-aligned or go democratic. (This means no Nationalism Focus.)
  24. 21. China may not be lend-leased unless Japan has capitulated.
  25. 22. Allies may only begin war with Japan through US's "Defence of the Pacific" focus or in defence of a democratic/non-aligned nation other than China
  26. 23. Sweden/Norway can not begin to swap ideologies until June 1938 (German player can choose to override this rule)
  27. 24. France cannot choose the union if they are defeated.
  28. 25. The US can only join the war in Europe in 1941 or after France has fallen.
  29. 26. If the USSR accepts tech treaty Germany must do the molotov pact and honour it.
  30. 27. USSR may not do Trotsky's revolution.
  31. 28. USA is allowed to do the focus war with Venezuela however they may not change their mobilization laws off of it.
  32. 29. France may not build additional ports on their mainland.
  33. 30. Spain must choose the party they intend to side with in the civil in their election.
  34. 31. USA may not do “Black Chamber Operation”
  35. 32. Players must put their Country name in their TS.
  36. 33. Minors may not choose to start a civil war.
  37. 34. Spain may not join the war with the Allies until 1940 or France has fallen.

  39. Badges for number of hours played can be awarded upon linking your steam profile. (This allows you to play a major without being questioned.)

  41. If the Axis have been relatively quiet and the Comintern has been gobbling up a lot of countries the Allies must at least talk over the possibility of fighting them. (For RP reasons, the Allies would have considered Stalin a bigger threat than Hitler if he was the one annexing multiple countries. Even if this means the Allies have a lower chance of winning.This is a game after all and it’s more about having fun than winning.)
