Guns for Hire payscale

Base Benefits:
-$5,000 USD per month, paid legally or under the table as preferred.
-Free access to company housing, food, and healing services.
-Legal status as working for Armas, with attendant political and practical protections where applicable.
-Access to company equipment upon request (use typically free, or at cost for consumables).
-Access to company specialists (precise fees and services to be negotiated between parties involved).

Base Duties:
-Armas is your boss. Act it at all times.
-Armas and the company get credit for your actions when it would be good for them to have it, whether you're actively working or not.
-Armas is not to be worked against or betrayed, either through actions or sharing of information, at any time.
-Always be available in an emergency, and on call a minimum of five days a week or sixteen hours a day (which can be personalized) for work. Any activities which disrupt either of those must be cleared.
-Always be within 1 hour's transit of the company headquarters (or your current center of company operations, if working from another location) by your own abilities. Anything taking you outside that range must be cleared.

Additional Benefits and Duties by Category:
Additional pay and duties are available based upon an overall assessment of capabilities in five general categories of competence. Failure or unwillingness to use capabilities on behalf of the company will result in a reduction of assessed rating to reflect actual applied abilities.

Command:
+$ for on call, hours worked
+Authority over other employees of lower Command rating, subject to organizational exceptions
-Always be on call, no exceptions except by specific arrangement.
-Always ensure Armas is informed of where you are or has an active method of tracking you, no exceptions.
-If something goes wrong, the highest Command rating present has the responsibility for making it go right.

Combat:
+$ for on call, hours worked, engagement bonuses
+Bonuses issued for exceptional actions during missions
-Follow orders. Or else.

Construction:
+$ for on call, hours worked
-Company work requests are to be completed as immediately as possible upon request unless otherwise specified and prioritized over all other activities during on-call hours (sucks to be you!)

Clerical:
+$ for on call, hours worked
-Always be within communication, no exceptions except by specific arrangement.
-Always ensure Armas is informed of where you are or has an active method of tracking you, no exceptions.
