Hi there, my account was recently hacked and my appeal was declined due to the lack of information I gave regarding the date of the first payments I gave the account and other similar things. This account of mine is 10 years old so there is no way I would remember the date of such a thing. I did however provide the answers to every security question, the first two passwords of the account and even the original email the account was setup with 10 years ago, as well as the internet provider I have used ever since. There is no chance this hacker would have access to more information than I have provided in my appeals so I would appreciate it if somebody looked into it as I don't feel I should be declined considering nobody else has more information than I do.
