- A Selector only WIXOSS Party
- >Let's begin the battles
- How did you like episode 11 of the anime?
- Iona started the Selector only battle tournament under the guise of a "Fan Gathering".
- Ruuko decided to participate.
- The Wixoss Parties held at regular shops are quite peaceful and nice, so we invite you to participate!
- Now it's time to analyze Ruuko's battles.
- >VS Girl with Red deck
- >"Gothic Boundary!"
- The first battle in the tournament was against a girl with a red deck.
- Ruuko completely overpowered and defeated her opponent.
- The Art that decided the battle was this one, Gothic Boundary.
- >Cost 1W 2C
- >Main Phase
- >Return one opposing SIGNI to opponent's hand
- It's an Art that can return one SIGNI to your opponent's hand.
- It only costs one white and two colorless cards, so if you put it in a non-white deck you may surprise your enemies.
- Her opponent had no Life Cloth left at the time, so with one final attack Ruuko won the battle.
- Ruuko and Tama continued to win, and eventually came up against Hitoe.
- >VS Hitoe
- >"So it came to this."
- A battle against Hitoe using Yuzuki.
- We will now explain while showing you shots of the battle.
- >"Bounce Suberia, and attack!"
- In this scene, we see Ruuko's third turn after she had gone first.
- She returned two Suberia cards to her hand by using Rococo Boundary.
- In card games, this is called "bouncing".
- Ruuko has already mastered card game terminology.
- There's not a trace of the rookie she was in episode one.
- At the end of this turn, the board looked like this.
- Rococo Boundary returned two Suberia to Hitoe's hand.
- She also had one "Silk Plant Hasu".
- >C: If there is at least one more <Plant> SIGNI on the field, this SIGNI's power becomes 8000.
- >~Hey, let me eat some too.~
- Because the Suberia went away, Hasu's power fell to 5000.
- That's when Ruuko played "Midshield Square" from her hand in front of it, and then banished Hasu.
- She then crashed one Life Cloth with "Treasure Tool Mikagami", leaving Hitoe with only 3 left.
- She then ended her turn.
- >"Yuzuki, grow. Banish Mikagami!"
- >Yuzuki 3, limit 7
- >A (Cost 1R): Banish one opposing SIGNI of 5000 or less power
- >A (Cost 1G): Until the end of this turn, all of your SIGNI get +5000 power.
- >That emotion might yet reach
- >"Severing Steamroll."
- She then used the spell Severing Steamroll to crash one of Ruuko's Life Cloth.
- Hitoe has completely changed her style to be a more offensive fighter.
- She may be a bit hesitant, but she continues the attack.
- >"Yuzuki, attack. Banish Square."
- Hitoe entered her attack phase.
- At the end of her turn, this is what the board layout was like.
- Here I will introduce the card that banished Midshield Square, "Silk Plant Mizuaoi".
- >C: If there is at least one other <Plant> SIGNI in play, this SIGNI's power becomes 12000.
- >A large, large flower on the path.
- Mizuaoi's power becomes 12000 if you have at least one other <Plant> SIGNI in play, so it easily banished Square.
- She's also cute.
- And so Ruuko had only a single Life Cloth left at the end of episode 11.
- Hitoe appears to still have her memories of Ruuko and Yuzuki, but is it possible to return to how the three of them once were?
- And how will Ruuko and Hitoe's battle end?!
- All that and more will be revealed in episode 12 next week!
- We'll be sure to explain everything next week as well, so look forward to it!
