  25. [14:38] <HenrikNystrom> it should have since we droped tons of costful passes
  26. [14:38] <HenrikNystrom> yeah ai have new functions and behaviours, and tons of polish
  27. [14:38] <HenrikNystrom> should give us much greater pve experience

  43. [14:41] <HenrikNystrom> it will be better AI for sure, tons of work have been spent on it already over the latest months

  63. [14:45] <HenrikNystrom> progress is speeding up alot now when things are coming to gheter

  65. [14:45] <HenrikNystrom> heavy testing is progressing well already
  66. [14:45] <[Quad]Darran> Don't rush it and add as much stuff as you can

  69. [14:46] <[Quad]Darran> And I'm not excited to see the same kind of release we had with myrland :P
  70. [14:46] <HenrikNystrom> yeah the new continent have all the experience and work from the first continent though
  71. [14:46] <HenrikNystrom> so it should be well tested most of it, and we have improveed nodes and ghost zones etc
  72. [14:46] <Xhodan-Xeus> since everyone is asking already might as well go to public TS and talk/chat a bit there (henrik alot of people dont have the new irc info since stratics changed, i tryed to make a post about explaining the change and new info only to have it deleted from mods :-( )

  148. [15:11] <HenrikNystrom> thats possible yes, ue3 and ue4 is not totaly different, and we built all codes to work standalone, so they would work with ue4 in the future

  164. [15:15] <HenrikNystrom> we have tons of new weapons and combat moves to come over time as well

  168. [15:16] <HenrikNystrom> of course it would be great if all functions that affects pvp would be done before release, but since the nature of this game and that it wont ever stop progress, nor that we are somewhat limited to what wer can produce time wise periods

  181. [15:24] <HenrikNystrom> thing is, as you know we have a lot of variation on materials/armor types/weapon types, but only a few of them is the top end which is the loigical choise
  182. [15:24] <HenrikNystrom> so instead of having a lot of cool design and variation design on dealy weapon and making them so much worse than great blade for instance
  183. [15:24] <HenrikNystrom> there will be more options on your prefrered style

  185. [15:24] <HenrikNystrom> I mean a big sword with some difference race design is as deadly as the other one, in the hands of a skilled player
  186. [15:25] <HenrikNystrom> so you may see more stylish variation as well, with more similar stats as some of the current weapons/armors
  187. [15:26] <Map-ThaBadMan> ye but like cronite, Ogh, Tung, Pansar, plate scale will they simply become useless vs Sarducaa materials ?
  188. [15:26] <HenrikNystrom> I mean we have different races, they built their own design, one race should not simply always be better than the other races armor type, ofoucrse it comes down to what type of armor it is etc

  208. [15:29] <HenrikNystrom> Its hard and always a risk to go in on the old armors and totaly change them since players invested lots of testing on making them
  209. [15:29] <HenrikNystrom> but we have lacked proper result tools in the past to help us get a better balance before we release
  210. [15:29] <[Quad]Darran> And are the armor curves changing? Atm it's still heaviest armor is the best

  212. [15:30] <HenrikNystrom> well heaviest armor will most likely not be effective in sarducaa, or nordvelt
  213. [15:30] <[Quad]Darran> Aka everyone just goes for tindremic guard set (which replaced tindremic plate) made with whatever metal they can affort

  220. [15:30] <HenrikNystrom> if you life in Myrland, which is in the mid zone without extreme temperatures, then yeah it may look as it does today there
