  1. Phil considered himself a lucky man. He had a home, a job as decorative carpenter and most importantly, Carol as his girlfriend. She was classy, polite, rich and beautiful beyond words.
  2. Today Carol had invited Phil to visit her mansion for the first time. And by the tone of her voice, Phil suspected there might be bit more in store for him than just a kiss.
  3. The path to the mansion was long and windy, but Carol was there to greet him as Phil arrived at the gates. She looked as stunning as ever, dressed up in a red ball gown for the occasion. It complimented both her curves and long black hair, which she had in a princess cut this time. Phil did wonder how she could stay outside in something so revealing, but did not let it bother him.
  4. After getting inside and taking off his jacked, Phil got a kiss on the cheek from Carol. Her lips were as red and as luscious as ever and being so close gave Phil a chance to look into her eyes, large and as blue as the sky, framed by her long black eyelashes.
  5. Carol had prepared a meal for both of them in the diner. Phil could not help but to let his thoughts wonder towards what would happen after, but snapped out of it as they both sat down on the opposite sides of the table.
  6. The food was bland. It looked at beautiful as the woman who supposedly made it, but it tasted like it had not been spiced at all. No pepper, not even salt. Even then, Phil tried to act like he liked it since Carol was staring right at him. She never seemed to eat when they dined together, instead just looking at him constantly. Still, food seemed to vanish from her plate so Phil did not question it.
  7. After the not so fantastic dinner, Carol left Phil alone for few minutes, saying she wanted to prepare something for him. Still bummed out by the food, Phil decided to have a look in the kitchen if there was something he could taste over there.
  8. Despite the mansion's large size, it was surprisingly easy for Phil to find his way inside it, reaching the kitchen in a few minutes. But opening the fridge, Phil was treated with a nasty surprise. Everything inside was made of plastic. It looked like a regular fridge, until you took one of the foods inside and realized it weighted nothing. The fridge was not even cold.
  9. Phil rubbed his beard. He was very uncomfortable with this turn of events. He would have to confront Carol, to ask her about what was going on. While on his way back to the entrance hall, Phil decided to check the food they had left on the table, just to make sure it was not made from plastic too. While the food was real, he did notice that the flowers on the table were also made from plastic.
  10. Now Phil started to feel the dread. He was not sure about what was going on, but it involved a lot of fake things. He still wanted to confront Carol, but first made sure he had a way out, in case he would have to run away really fast.
  11. But the front door had no handles. Phil tried to push it open, but it seemed to only open inwards. As he clawed at the door, two hands like wooden bone wrapped around him and he felt a sting of cold steel on his neck.
  12. "Why would you want to leave, Phil?" Carol whispered to his ear.
