rough, not super accurate; time it yourself instead of using these numbers

SoT storage in GBT takes ~20s
reset + tatl = 28s

gyorg's remains -> control after 2nd giant's cs (gbt) = 58s

also save ~5s skipping the 2 pauses (1 does an equip swap) for sot

save 3s skipping stick drop, lose 8s to kokiri for wizrobe ==> net loss of 5s on wizrobe
