USS SE updates

Smithsmith and Lissauer have been removed from the Ultimate Solar System and placed on their own system 108 lightyears away.

But I still have a slot left over for Smithsmith and Lissauer's replacements, placeholder named Dubb and Ubble.

Current system layout: K-K--K-K---G-M. (Rayray orbits Seansean. Dubb orbits Ubble. Dubbubble and Rayrayseansean orbit each other. Heliol and M'dwarf orbit each other. Heliolm'dwarf orbits Rayrayseanseandubbubble.)

-Type I ultimate solar system (6 orbits, two binaries on each orbit)

-Type II ultimate solar system (4 3:4 resonant orbits, one gas giant with 4-6 moons on each orbit, two binaries on each orbit as trojans.)
