edit file in conf/ - set myAddress to your public ip
screen: ./run.sh
visit localhost:7775
create account
receive bounty for initial setup :)
visit localhost:7776/admin.html
generate hallmark: ip, date, your account's passphrase
paste hallmark to myHallmark in conf/ file
in screen: ctrl-c, ./run.sh
detach screen
