Cocoon. Depending on where #13 was evolved, it will take materials from its surrounding area into its cocoon and use them as a part of it. Steel = in a building, Grass = in grass, Ground = in a desert, Rock = in a cave, Water = on water (seaweed will be pulled in), Ice = snowy area. The cocoon will have different parts sticking out of it depending on what forme has been taken (rocks for Rock forme, grass for Grass forme, etc.)
