- Chapter Status: Under Strength: The Chapter is recovering from a defeat or accident that occurred several decades ago, or has recently suffered heavy, but not irrecoverable losses. It is probably at a minimum of half strength, and should return to nominal strength within a decade.
- Goals/Motivations: Chapter Mania: The Renegades have developed a strange need to keep doing something, and just can't stop. It is this mania that drives their actions.
