Q: What are you playing on, it is emulator?
A: No, I play on a Gamecube through a Gameboy Player using a Gameboy SP as a controller.

Q: What starter are you using?
A: Cyndaquil is needed for this run. Nothing to do with going fast, all to do with setting up the glitch with this new route (that's only a couple days old)

Q: What are you doing at the start?
A: I'm manipulating my Trainer ID. Doing a series of inputs that can be buffered so I really only need to time the very last one correctly. The ID I'm aiming for is 09947.

Q: So does this run have glitches in it?
A: Yes

Q: When do they show up/what are they?
A: After I beat get to Cherrygrove City, I'm going to create a fake Bad Clone (????????? name, still level 6). I'm going to do some specific Box naming along with other setup to take me straight to Mt Silver to fight Red with no Pokemon (instantly win)

Q: What else do you have to do?
A: I need to get exactly 28 experience on Cyndaquil in addition to the first rival fight. To do this, I'll take out a lvl 2 encounter (16 exp), then catch something after Elm's Lab gives me Poke Balls (I need a second Poke to be able to clone anyway), and then take out a lvl 3 encounter and split the experience between the 2 (24/2 = 12 exp)

Q: Do stats matter?
A: Not really. Lower attack means I do less damage, but it's not a huge deal at all.

Q: Do time and date matter in this run?
A: Night is used so that Hoothoot's show up instead of Pidgey's, since Pidgey's give 1 less exp and therefore do not work.

Q: What is the current World Record?

Q: Isn't this a luck based run?
A: Yes, there is luck involved. Yes, I am still running it. I love pokemon and will run it regardless :)
