- Thanks for the advice. I first want to tell you a bit about the MCHS project and its designers. This team consisted primarily of those previously unfamiliar with any type of markup and who had to be introduced to the concept within a certain timeframe. I led this team because it was felt that those in the leadership position should have an understanding of design and systems management. I admit the site has a lot lacking and I am no longer in charge of its maintenance. If you have specific complaints, they should be directed towards those responsible for the parts of the site that you have issues with. If you were to examine the pages that display my name at the bottom as being responsible for the page design, you will see they are not only standards-compliant but original work by the author. They are produced with no help from any type of editor or pre-written code. Some may not display right because you're probably not running a current compliant browser. I notice both of these elements in the sites you referred me to. Both consist of editor-produced, inefficient, error-riddled JavaScript messes.
- I wish to take no more of your time that could be valuably spent elsewhere, such as with a dictionary (alot != word), a Windows95 For Dummies book, or good old fashioned fun with your script-kiddie friends.
- Take care and try not to hurt yourself.
- PS - Please ask your friend superfuck to stop polluting the web with such garbage, and perhaps not implement every CSS trick he has ever seen on one page. Please visit validator.w3.org and repair such damage before further embarrassing yourself and the web design profession.
- Warmly,
