  1. Preheat oven to 290 (I use toaster oven outside with an oven thermo in it)

  3. Grind material into oregano sized pieces (I usually use 5g for 24 servings but that makes really strong pastries where you only need 1MAX to feel the effect )

  5. Put material in oven safe dish wrapped tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 7mins
  6.  
  7. Remove but do not open until dish is cool.

  9. In a small pot fill half way with water and set to boil
  10.  
  11. Now take your fat medium The recipe calls for and put it in a mason jar. (do not clean out the measuring cup used yet)

  13. Take your plant material and put it inside the mason jar and close.
  14.  
  15. Set jar inside pot and let it bathe for 1hr. Swirling it (the jar) up every 10 mins
  16.  
  17. After 1 hr remove from hot water bath and set aside to cool.
  18.  
  19. Once cooled Pour back into measuring cup add additional fat medium if needed then proceed with pastry recipe as normal.
