Initial Question: I am being told that I have 0 coins and need 5,430 more coins to purchase an item on hearthstone that costs just 5,000 coins.

It said I needed 5,000 until I tried to make a purchase, the purchase did not work whatsoever on mobile, so I did it on my computer instead. I have not even gotten the coins when the order was definitely made, so even that is not working. Why is this happening to me?
