  1. Banned in Mabinogi PvP Summer 2015
  2. Generally, in a "fair fight", you should try to avoid the following:

  5. Spam:
  6. • Spamming any ranged attack (e.g. magic bolts, int magic, normal attack from ninja, gunner, elf ranged attack)
  7.  
  8. Consumables:
  9. • Poison (too much DOT damage)
  10. • Potions (money to win)
  11. • Consumable buffs (bone chips, cast speed, magic attack potion, max HP, food etc.)
  12. Melee:
  13. • Final Hit (for full duration too much damage)
  14. • Magic:
  15. • Ice spear (long root time)
  16. • Mana shield (cannot see mana stat, rely on money to win)
  17. Range:
  18. • Final Shot (for full duration too much damage)
  19. • Web Shot (long root time, good range)
  20. • Mirage Missile (too much damage for a DOT)
  21. Ninja:
  22. • Shadow Bind (long root time, ability to root opponent indefinitely, can easily attack opponent with any skill)
  23. Transformations:
  24. (Unguaranteed if opponent is equal in strength or is off cool down)
  25. • Spirit of Order
  26. • Soul of Chaos
  27. • Fury of Connous
  28. • Daemon of Physis
  29. • Demigod
  30. Music:
  31. • Dischord (too much damage from DOT)
  32. Puppetry:
  33. • Puppet Snare (massive root, stalling move to lower cool downs)
  34. Alchemy: (massive stun, range, and damage potential)
  35. • Frozen Blast
  36. • Shock
  37. • Life Drain
  38. Other: Broken combos
  39. +Ice spear-magnum shot spam (knockback and stun will let attacking player do this forever)
  40. +Shield of Trust (guaranteed follow-up combo)
  41. Controversial:
  42. +Weapon swap (debuff stacking, zone camping without spamming)
  43. +Elemental armor (ice/fire/lightning on all equips for extra damage or protection against element magic, elemental equips, and elemental reforges)
  44. +Support accessories (magic shields and special attack skills)
  45. +Puppets to take damage (puppets are too tanky and have heavy stander. If the opponent does not know how to fight puppet users then it is hard for him/her to separate the user from the puppet)
  46. + March song, vivace, enduring melody, battlefield overture (huge advantage in battle)
  47. + Doppelganger (quick execution, invincibility frames, and long stun duration make it too easy for the user to use a power move(s) to follow up)
  48. + Wind guard with guard cylinder (easy for a skilled player to resist and counter enemy attacks)
