they likely hacked the national weather service, which took 2 weeks to appear on major news networks even after it appeared on the weather channel for a few minutes
they likely knew it would be released on christmas
and now their doing their little plan i guess, after cyber attacking major goverment branches, then hacking a media company to ovbiously use the media to scare people?

kim is kind of devastated by ww2 and this is devastating
north korea has people that get DEDICATED
most of them know art and most of them are actually quite smart
and some of them if put to computer "art" and hacking, will become VERY dangerous, they will learn everything for their leader, north korea might actually be able to pull of something purportinal against the internet and even start a war

if they do a cyber/11 to major media networks and goverment branches that are dumb enough to store data on ports connected to the world wide web, were in trouble

remember, private solid wired networks are best
to prevent electromagnetic power company tapping by 60hz , use solar panels

If its true that their society has that much talent and perfection, they can do something
I might visit north korea but I wont take risks. I will do what i'm told and stay low priority
i want to see the atmosphere as i can see how oddly their people do stuff, they do art with intensity and much more, think about what they can do with computers.

they used a relay from china to get the data on weather branches and delivery branches, and their going to use those to completely wreak and stop most import/exports and satalites on one day, maybe not satalites but JUST maybe
and then stop the internet to make as much chaos as possible
