[B][U]A hurricane fleet got created and hit a fleet[/U][/B]
[INDENT]I was showing my buddy how easy it was to build a hill with your program but had to go check on my kids. I built one before I left him alone with my computer and account. He knew I was part of a insector group but didn't know how your program worked fully. While I was out he built a complete fleet of hurricanes with the new drones and was hitting other players fleets. I am pretty sure one of the guys watching the battle turned in a ticket on me for that reason. He thought that the fleet didn't increase your base rank but I told him it does. That part of the hack hasn't worked for awhile. [/INDENT]
[B][U]I have played this game for about 2 years now and have used your program carefully and correctly for 4 months now. I will keep playing you for the privlage to use it. I like your program so much that I brag about it to my friends.[/U][/B]
[INDENT]I have tried to file a Appeal through kixeye site bit there customer service sucks. I follow the link on the notification page that takes you to the support page but the only instruction I find on how to submit a ticket arebfrom the game. I would really really appreciate your help.[/U][/B]
[INDENT]I love the game but hate where kixeye is take it. It seems they could care less about there customers lately. I used to spend money on the game but build times have gotten way out if hand. I would much rather pay you. You make the game fun again. I love to chat with family and friends playing the game. I have alot of friends who use your program and I promise not to let anyone behind my keyboard while showing them how great your program is again. Please please please help me.
